Michelle Stinson Ross

Marketing Operations Director

Michelle is Apogee’s internal marketing strategist. She is responsible for growing our website, blog, social marketing, industry thought leadership and advertising footprints. She is also a key consultant to the internal team and the clients.

Michelle has written about digital marketing for Search Engine Journal, Search Engine Watch, and Forbes. She is national industry conference speaker for SMX, Pubcon, Digital Summit.

Michelle is passionate about writing and storytelling and is working on a novel. She also loves social dancing – salsa, tango, cha-cha, and swing.

Chris Glazer

Sr. Director of Operations

Chris is our Director of Client Operations. He helps clients grow. His responsibilities include sales, managing and growing high-priority clients, and acting as an operational leader for the company. He strives to look at the whole picture of a business and use marketing to help companies achieve their goals.

Chris has an MBA in Digital Management and has been in the Digital Marketing industry since 2015.

He is a die-hard Red Sox fan and enjoys spending time with his wife, dog Willow, and two cats.

Andrew Boyd

Account Manager

Andrew is one of Apogee’s Account Managers. He helps develop strategy, support the Service teams, identify potential new opportunities for our clients, and makes sure the relationships run smoothly and the clients’ needs are met. He has worked with international, domestic, and local companies across a multitude of industries and business models.

Andrew enjoys golfing, playing volleyball, going to the gym, and being outside (preferably around water!), and loves taking advantage of the countless opportunities to enjoy live music that Austin offers.

Lena Sidhu

Senior Digital Media Manager

Lena is a part of Apogee’s paid marketing efforts. She has previously managed multi-million dollar per month campaigns with positive results. Lena worked in-house at a large insurance company prior to starting her career at Apogee. In her current role, she is responsible for developing strategy for clients and the subsequent implementation of that strategy.

In her free time, Lena likes to frequent concerts at various venues across Austin. When she’s not at a concert, Lena likes relaxing at home with Tex-Mex and stand-up comedy.

Patrick Dunn

Director of Digital Paid Media 

Patrick leads Apogee’s Paid Search department. His team is responsible for the strategy, implementation, and growth of all Paid Marketing efforts. He has experience working both in-house and at agencies in both Houston and Austin. He has successfully managed campaigns across multiple industries including several multi-million dollar a month campaigns.

Patrick enjoys making music when he’s not busy lowering our client’s CPAs.

Brad Abanilla

Sr. PPC Specialist

Brad started his career at Apogee Results as an intern. He is currently responsible for strategy development and implementation for our paid search clients, and consistently provides substantial revenue growth YoY for several clients.

Brad has been playing musical instruments from a very young age. Anything from the piano, marimba, and a plethora of percussion instruments. However, his true passion lies in competitive gaming.

Erika Tapie

SEO Associate

Erika is part of Apogee’s SEO team. She recently graduated from Sam Houston State University with a degree in Mass Communication and began working for Apogee Results in late 2018. New to the industry, Erika is a current SEO Associate that helps clients by providing effective SEO services and content writing.

Erika played soccer for 16 years, enjoys trying new food, going on hikes, dad jokes, attending music concerts, and playing with her pups.

Santiago Gutierrez

SEO Associate

New to the industry, Santiago is an Austin native that graduated from Concordia University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, with a concentration in Marketing. He joined the Apogee SEO team shortly after graduating in 2018. He is currently responsible for providing clients with effective SEO best practices in order to best appear on the search results page. Santiago enjoys playing soccer, being outdoors and traveling to new places.

Alex Sade

SEO Associate

Alex is a recent graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Advertising. Alex started at Apogee in 2018 as an intern and has advanced to a full-time SEO Associate. He strives to do well in Marketing and has been growing his knowledge of SEO services.

Alex enjoys riding his motorcycles in his free time when he isn’t spending time with his cats.

James DiFalco

SEO Associate

James’ responsibilities at Apogee include content writing, link building, and on-page content recommendations. In 2015, he graduated from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA. James is originally from the NYC area and moved to Austin from New York in February of 2019. Prior to the move, he worked in Manhattan for 2 years at a very large public relations firm.

When he is not working, James enjoys watching sports and listening to music. His favorite sports teams are the New York Giants, New York Yankees, and the New York Rangers. His favorite type of music is classic rock, and some of his favorite bands include The Beatles, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, The Who, The Eagles and Queen.

Bailey Shelden

Content Marketing Intern

Bailey is a current SEO Intern at Apogee and mainly focuses on writing content for outreach projects. She graduated with a degree in Writing and Rhetoric from the University of Utah.

Bailey was a pre-professional ballet dancer and is an avid video gamer. She custom built her own computer for gaming.

Lena Schulz

Marketing Intern – Social Media and Content

Lena is new to the digital marketing industry, having recently graduated from Loyola University Maryland with a degree in International Studies and Marketing. She is currently a Social Media and Paid Search Intern, focusing on providing clients with community social media management and content writing. Lena loves to cook and discover new foods, spend free time at any beach, river, or lake, and dabble in photography.

Brent Schiffman

SEO Manager

Brent is Apogee’s SEO Manager. His team is responsible for the strategy, implementation, and growth of all SEO efforts. He has several years experience working for a variety of companies and has been a key member of the Apogee Results team since mid-2017. Brent is a strategist with a demonstrated history of driving growth for clients. He is exceptionally strong at technical SEO and content strategy.

Chad Torres

Senior Account Manager

Chad has been one of Apogee’s Account Managers since 2006. He manages customized marketing strategies for key accounts, maintains a thorough understanding of clients’ end-use markets, their important customers, and their main competitors. He also helps grow client partnerships and cultivates and strengthens relationships with client decision makers and influencers.

Chad loves to spend his free time with his family and is an avid hunter and shooter.

Kyle Nations

Client Development Director

Kyle’s mission is to grow our agency and our clients. He is responsible for pursuing new markets and attracting and onboarding new clients. With a passion for digital marketing and sales, Kyle feels right at home at Apogee Results. He takes great pleasure in helping companies figure out what to do so they can achieve great results.

With a long career in business development and marketing, Kyle brings both big and small company experience to Apogee Results and our clients.  He has undergraduate and graduate degrees in business and two college-age sons he loves to brag about. A lover of sports, he is both participant and spectator and is particularly fond of the water, hiking, and snow skiing.

Bill Leake

Founder, CEO

Bill Leake, CEO of Apogee Results, draws on a deep expertise in both business and marketing to help increase revenues for a wide range of clients. He has been involved in driving provable revenues through Internet marketing techniques since the early 1990s when, as part of the management team at Power Computing, he built the first company to sell $1 million of product over the Internet.

As founder of Apogee Results, he has guided the company from inception to its current position as the largest search engine marketing company in Texas, one of the 20 largest independents in North America and one of the fastest growing companies on the Inc. 500 / 5000 list.
