CPA from Google

Reports are that Google is testing a Cost Per Action network. The interest in this by Google has been rumored for some time, but there haven’t been many indications of actual testing (although Google Base looked to go this way for a while).
It’s very possible that Google sees CPA as a way to address click fraud concerns. On the other hand, with CPA Google is taking the risk on themselves that the advertiser’s website can actually convert.
