AdWords Editor, an offline/bulk AdWords management tool is currently being beta tested by selected advertisers. Assuming Google does this right, this application will help a lot, especially in launching new campaigns.

Google Agrees to Censor Results in China

Google has cut a deal with the government of China to alter their results to conform with China’s restrictions on speech. While my instinctive reaction to this is decidedly negative, I’ll wait for more information before forming my final opinion.
