Google’s Trojan Horse CRM Strategy

Interesting analysis suggesting that Google plans to enter the CRM business. Not sure I agree with the Friendster acquisition direction, unless Google’s initial interest is a PIM rather than CRM (think a replacement for the contact manager in Outlook). If the interest is a B2B CRM application, LinkedIn might be a much better purchase.
